Integrations Committee

The purpose of the Integrations Committee is to create connection between newcomers and Klaksvík Municipality.

The initiatives of the committee include the annual International Day, which is held on the first Saturday of May and the volunteer programme, through which newcomers can volunteer at daycare facilities, giving them an opportunity to meet new people and learn Faroese.

At regularly scheduled meetings, the committee brings new intiatives to discussion.

The members of the committee are ready to advise newcomers about settling in Klaksvík, so please feel free to contact them with any questions you may have regarding integration.
